What is your delivery charge?

After you place your order, we will communicate the delivery time slot with you

What is your return policy?

If you don’t like your product(s) or find defects after receiving it, you can return the product(s) to the delivery person. We won’t charge you if you’re inside Dhaka. If you don’t like the product/find defects after the delivery man leaves, you still have 48 hours to return the product for an exchange. Please note: for a return or exchange, products need to be in the same condition as it was received in including original packaging. We cannot accept products that are broken, tampered with, or have missing parts.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

As this is our pilot launch, we are currently focusing on Dhaka and surrounding areas. For delivery outside Dhaka, please check back with us in a couple of weeks or so. If you’re outside Dhaka and don’t want to wait, please knock us in Messenger, and we will arrange a delivery for you (special conditions may apply).

Are your products imported?

Yes, our products are currently imported from different countries. We ensure that all our products have some form of international safety certifications such as ASTM (American safety standards), EN71 (European safety standards), CPSIA ( US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) etc.

How do you maintain quality?

We are following health and safety guidelines set forth by WHO in handling the products.
